To "be" mindful
In being mindful the other goals of our lives will fall into place. Being mindful of what we say and do is the biggest step toward the rigt direction in any spirituality, religion, career path, physical movement and speech. To consider all before action is the most responsible thing we can do and the greatest gift we can give each other and future generations. This is something I am working on specifically in my own life and well as spreading the word to others, in a non-demanding yet infomative and loving way. Being mindful does not mean we won't get angry, it just means that whe we get angry we don't hurt others with violence or words. Expressing our emotions through mutual understanding.
